vs Checkbase

They track documents. We generate the evidence.

Checkbase is a capable compliance document tracker. AuditPlatform is the record of what actually happened on the floor — last Tuesday's shift, the SIRS clock, the screening check that expires in 28 days.

The honest split

Where Checkbase is the better fit

If your gap is “we have policies and certificates in twelve folders,” a document tracker is the right tool. We do not replace a dedicated document-control product, and we do not connect to PRODA.

Where we are honest about gaps

No PRODA claiming. No ISO 27001 or SOC 2 attestation yet — those are on the procurement roadmap. If a tender requires a cert number on day one, say so before you buy.

Where AuditPlatform wins

Practice evidence is produced by the work: rosters, shift notes, incidents, SIRS deadlines, and a live Practice Standards score. The auditor portal is OTP-gated on both products; ours is org-flat priced, not a per-seat document vault.

Price, GST-inclusive

Professional for 15 staff is about $135/month. Checkbase Pro for a similar headcount is around $291/month. Different jobs — don't compare them as if they were the same SKU.
